New Houses
One of our services is to build new houses. We closely collaborate with Vágner Kft,
our trusted building-contractor, whose company with impeccable references
was established in 1992 - catering for customers from Holland, Belgium,
Switzerland and Germany to name a few. Vágner Kft is also recognized and
highly respected by the Hungarian market. Examples of new and restored houses
can be scrutinized by our customers.
The kind of work undertaken is usually a modernized version of the beloved
Hungarian 'paraszt' house. However, 'L' or 'T' - shaped houses with large terraces are also popular.
Please note that the customer is also very free to make suggestions regarding the size,
dimensions, and add-ons for the house, for example: a double garage,
car-port, workshop, guest-building, attic-room, and so on.
The choice is yours.
Floor surfaces, kitchens, and sanitaries such as baths, toilets, washbasins,
showers, etc are not usually included unless specifically asked for by the
customer - the obvious reason being that personal taste is important in these areas.
However, the house is otherwise ready to be moved into - you won't find an
empty shell in need of paint and wood treatment!
Prices do not include the plot of land.
But, of course, we will be glad to find a suitable place for you if necessary.
