Renovating?

Even though we are estate agents and no builders, we are happy to advise you in case of renovation etc. We can get you in touch with an architekt, a builder or a local skilled handy man. This service is just to show you the way, not to act as a project manager.

Your tour through Northern Hungary and the Tisza area.

In the North of Hungary and the Tisza area we offer a special service. In stead of renting a car, one of our local agents, Ferenc Koncz, will pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel. The next few days he will show you the houses you might be interested in, and at the same time give you a touristic tour around the area. At the end of your Hungarian visit he will take you back to the airport again.

This way there won’t be any need for renting a car and there will plenty of time to get a taste of the land. An ideal way to get to know Hungary and your chosen areas. Learn about the possibilities and ways of living, combined with a visit to the houses you have select to view. The costs for this extra service are very reasonable. Ferenc will charge huf 21.000 per day plus the cost of fuel. ( cost you’ll have with a rental car as well).
